Our Service Policy (Tangier Only)

This policy details the terms for home repair, installation, and general handyman services offered by Brikolage in Tangier.

1. Scope of Service

  • Geographical Limit: All home services are exclusively offered within the city limits of Tangier, Morocco. Bookings requested outside this zone will be cancelled.

  • Service Hours: Services are generally provided during standard business hours, [e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday]. Emergency service availability will be communicated upon booking.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking: Services are booked via the website or by phone (+212780327680). The customer provides a detailed description of the required work and the service address in Tangier.

  • Pricing: A preliminary cost estimate is provided upon booking. The final, detailed quote will be provided by the certified Brikolage technician on-site before any work begins.

  • Cancellation by Customer: The customer may cancel a scheduled service appointment up to four (4) hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment may incur a minimum call-out fee to cover technician travel expenses.

  • Service Guarantee: Brikolage guarantees the quality of workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days after the completion of the service. If the exact same issue reoccurs due to faulty workmanship within this period, we will send a technician to re-diagnose and repair the issue at no additional service cost. This guarantee does not cover defects arising from normal wear and tear, misuse of the repaired system, or new issues.

3. Liability

Brikolage and its technicians are fully insured. We commit to performing all services with professional diligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damages or damages caused by the customer’s failure to follow advice.
